Jenna M. Fliszar has been practicing law for nearly fifteen years with the past eleven years focused in Lehigh County. Her practice has spanned a broad diversity of experience, including in both criminal and civil law.
​
Born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, she is the owner of Fliszar Law Office in Allentown, PA and serves as court-appointed counsel in dependency cases in Lehigh County, representing both children and parents in cases involving Children and Youth Services. She has served as Guardian Ad Litem for numerous children in the foster care system, ensuring their voices are heard.

In addition to her private practice, Fliszar serves as Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Bethlehem, where she heads the litigation division and advises the police, fire, and EMS departments, earning her the trust of those who protect our communities.
​Active in the legal community, Fliszar serves as President-Elect of the Bar Association of Lehigh County and has served on the board since 2016. She additionally serves on the Board of Directors for Lehigh Valley Pre-Trial Services. Jenna is a recipient of the prestigious Legal Eagle Award and has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of Central Pennsylvania, and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Outside of the courtroom, Jenna has worked with animals for over 20 years. Along with her husband Greg, they have adopted and fostered pets, taken dogs for days or a weekend for respite from the shelter, TNR'd (trap, neuter, release) dogs, volunteered to run dogs, and transported rescue dogs from the Caribbean to their forever homes in the United States.

Fliszar is an alumna of Rutgers Law School and earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Alvernia University. She has served as an adjunct professor at Cedar Crest College and Northampton Community College. Fliszar lives in Lehigh County with her husband Greg.
